I won't worry too much about these timings ...

because if you see the last three months timing of EAD (C09) aprovals for NSC you will see that they were sitting on Nov 25, since last week dec / first week Jan... untill the Mar 4th ...

and in this report they are on Jan 20th ....

From the posts of different web sites I think NSC is approving most case received from 02/02 to 04/02 and issuing RFEs from 05/02 to ?/02.

Dont worry about the ofifcial report, maybe they forgot to update it.

well my 485 RD is oct 01, and unless they cross this date, I can't request a enquiry.

So far no RFE or anything.

Don't worry about this dates if your RD is far away. As for me, I'd like to see some change. No date change means there're still a lot of cases of 2001 that they haven't touched.
