There is very little chance of anything happening between now and Monday morning.
These are the kind of decisions that usually dont take place on the weekend.
We have been in touch since wednesday with people who are CAUSING and PUSHING the fix for USCIS to get out of the mess gracefully. We havent heard from them since this morning, and we were told even yesterday(thursday) that its likely that the decision may not come on Friday and it could be monday.
Also, please keep in mind that we are working very hard to do something that would alleviate our problem due to the revised bulletin. But you have to understand that it is not in IV's hands to rush this decision.
IV can influence to a certain extent, provide ideas and suggestions and push those ideas and suggestions but the decision makers are not going to respond to anyone's impatience and rush for us. Their priority is to get the fix without creating new problems and with minimum PR disasters.
Also, what we are saying on this website is what we know and what we can divulge. If we know something before the fix is publicly announced, we will announce it here right away.
Please bring yourself to ACT on this situation rather than just WITNESSING the events and if you are near San Jose, attend tommorow's rally. See the homepage for details.
And if you dont live near San Jose, then you should write emails to various reporters listed on this thread about San Jose Rally. THE MEDIA COVERAGE OVER THE WEEKEND will cause more pressure on USCIS to fix the mess rather than keep ignoring it. So to a small extent, it is indeed in your hands to increase the pressure.
Write a short email of your story (NOT anonymously. Include your name, phone etc), of July bulletin fiasco and the San Jose rally to reporters listed on this thread.
Good night.
