My friend recieved his FP today from VSC. His priority date is sometime in 97 and RD is 23 SEPT 99. ND 5 OCT 99. EB3 INDIA. I can\'t give any more details here.

This is first hand information (not fake) and I think there is still some hope with VSC sending out FP\'s for OCT ND or may be he just got lucky. We have to wait and watch....

Must be the lucky case that slipped through the crack. From what i heard from people on this board they stopped sending FP notices to Indians and Chinese for all categories irrespective of PD\'s being current. I don\'t think they will resume it for the next couple of weeks.
