The Bulletin that was released earlier on today is no where to be found. I think it was a November visa bulletin. I guess the state department retracted it to make some changes. I hope the changes will increase the number for Africa.

But when u go to the dept of state website, the current bulletin on there is for Oct. So where is this Nov bulletin coming from?

average increase

You can count on average increase every month of up to 2000 for EU. It is possible to have increase for 500, but some month(s) 3000 so in the end EU will be current (I hope) like last yr or month before.

Hey I already posted a comment in the predicting cut-off numbers section!
I was way off mark for my predictions for December so I think it'll be pointless for me to make a predication for Jan.
