I got my labor from New Hampshire, I had my NH address then, but now I am in California, and used this (CA) address in Biograpic Information form and I485 form. Is that okay?

According to the new rules (I140/I485 will be cleared at the same time), Where will my 485 go? to SFO or Vermont center? our company doesn't have a branch in CA. I140 should be cleared in Vermont center only since the company doesn't have a company in CA, right?
Then what happens to my 485? will that be processed in Vermont center? or will it go to SFO since I am living in west coast?

Please help,
Thanks,
VJ

The labor certification (as per the current memo) should be applied from the company's head quarter location.

The immigration petition (I-140) is filed by your company, and this also should be applied to the Service Center that comes under its jurisdiction.

It doesnot matter where you are located; the GC application is applied based on your company's location.
