Hi all hope you are having a nice 2009. my visa expires on Feb 20 2009 and I plan to arrive in the US on 7th Feb. could this affect my recieving SSN and green card given that my visa will/could have expired before i recieve both. Lovely time
That has no effect. At the POE you get a stamp in your passport, and from that date it is working as a temporary GC for one year. Time enough to reiceive the plastic card
