Late submittal of Medical

I have heard of RFE for incomplete medical records. This is common in cases of pregnancy.
Against our attorney\'s advice, two of us decided to send completed medical records for our ( respective :) ) wives, and, yes, both of us saved an RFE. we got our approvals.
Wanted to share with you in case it helps someone.

When did you send it?

Did you send your medicals with your initial I485 or after?
If after you didn\'t wait for the RFE?
