Late September I-140 Approved.

I got two emails last night around 11:30pm from USCIS and knew that my I-140 get approved. No any changes for our 485s.
 
Congratulations. First hurdle is over. I hope, you get 485 also quickly. Best of luck.

Did you have any LUD before approval?

Many LUDs on my 140 and 485 before. But none was recent till yesterday's and today's.

LUD on 140: 3/30/05, 3/29/05, 11/9/04, 11/8/04, 9/28/04
LUD on 485s: 3/30/05, 1/13/05, 1/11/05, 12/6/05(FP received), 11/18/04, 11/3/04

Lud on 140, but no LUD for 485s

I got an LUD for my 140 today. But there is no LUD for 485 (me and spouse)
We gave Biometrics for our 9 year old daughter this sat and got LUDs on her 485 (3/28 and 3/29)

Is this means an RFE? The message wasn't updated. Only LUD changed this afternoon.
 
May not be an RFE

Even we gave BIOMETRIC last saturday . OUr LUD for both 140 and 485 got changed, but no message update. see my signature.

We got biometrics for my daughter only and we gave on Sat. We had our finger print in Nov 2004 (no Bio...). After that there is an LUD for my daughters 485 continuosly for two days (3/28, 3/29). And today the LUD is for only my 140. Not on 485? Thats what my fear is

Relax... I understand ... But we cant help it... If LUD changes then it should be for good only. :)
