Late H1B Arrival to USA. Any Immigration Threat?

I got my (first) H1B visa stamped in Mumbai in Mid Jan08.

For family reasons, I will be able to travel to USA only in the month of June (and my employer is has OKeyed this date).

Does it put anythreat to my arrival/immigration/stay in USA and subsequent job.

Are there any 'time window' or 'time restrictions' on worst case date after stamping, before which I must be in USA on H1B visa ?

Is there any case like this, that someone knows ?

The H-1B visa stamp does not have any time entry requirements - so you should be ok. You may want to have some documentation from your employer to show your delayed entry and the fact that your employer is ok with it.
