My father filed under the late amnesty program for people who have been in the U.S. since 1986. Well his petition was denied due to 2 felonies that he has...how would he go about getting rid of those felonies? If he lowered them to misdemenors would he be able to appeal the denial? or he can't have ANYTHING in his record at all? Help!
