I have thee pic I made. I initially thought that 50% rule should be followed always, but then noticed rule about eye level must be 56% to 67% point and head can only be up to %69 of the picture, so please have a look and let me know which one you would pick.

I am also concerned that I don't look like I am looking directly into the camera.
