Lastname spelling mistake - Attorney Please help

Hi All

I received my H1-B approval notice but with a typo mistake in the last name. The alphabets "a" & "w" have been interchanged. Though they were spelled correctly in the "Notice of action" letter.

I am looking to call my wife here on H4 and I need to send her the docs at the easliest. Can I send her the docs witht this typo mistake.

Whats the procesdure for getting the name correct with the USCIS.

Talk to the attorney who filed the H1 and H4 applications.
