Cases Worked Aug 83.3%, Sept 86.1%, Oct 72.4%, Nov 54.5%

NSC has slowed down over last 4 weeks, perhaps they have cleared out all of the freeze related backlog. Still no December activity, I am expecting it to break anytime now. Looks as though September and October has entered into the trickle phase, we we see a small amount of activity over a long period which eventually peters out to nothing (August has been like that for about 8 weeks now). November is clearly the month they have been focusing on. It has taken them 9 weeks for us to move from 10% cases worked in November to 54.5% where we are today. It took 12 weeks for September to go from 55% to 85% and it has taken 9 weeks for October to go from 55% to 72.4%. So it is a long slow haul from here.

Good Luck.

Thank you for your hard work of calculating these statistics. It helps to ease up the long wait.

Thanks for the statistical data. Do you have any information that the NSC will speed up the process? It is so slow. I cannot wait any longer.

paul, what is your opinion on 60% of

January and February cases has gotton approved when you
look into a range of LIN numbers. Does this mean only 1% of all
I485s are EB based? I have been putting forward this question to experts many time and I haven't heard anything.

I Have No Idea

Ghee

I played with some of the scripts a few months ago and looked at cases with similar LIN's as mine and noticed that some had been approved. I really don't understand either. All I can say for sure is that my case is not in the fast track so like you I have to wait.

James.

I am a March 02 RD as well. Unfortunately I don't have any information that will speed up the process. (Otherwise I would be outta here!). Best case my guess is that they will get to our cases in about 2 months, worst about 6. Hang in there buddy you are not alone!

Paul:

It is good to know our RDs are so close. If you have any update, please let me know. I appreciate your help.

James
