Despite reports of another 'freeze' last week we saw a typical level or activity from NSC on Rupnet. We saw our first Dec approval, however we should be careful about drawing any inferences about this case. This case was the subject of an RFE in January and we still have not seen any indication of other Dec cases being worked. I still think that we are a couple of weeks away from NSC starting to work Dec cases, but I am always ready to be proven wrong by these guys.
