Last weeks Rupnet changes were as follows.
Approvals July, 5 Aug 8, Sept 8, Oct 10
RFE's July 1, Aug 3, Sept 4, Oct 13, Nov 5
Cases Worked. July 86.8%, Aug 78.7%, Sept 80.3%, Oct 59.0%, Nov 10.0%
It seems clear that NSC is solidly working October cases. It also looks like they are not moving onto other months until they get July - Oct more or less finished. Some activity in November, but not enough to conclude that they are devoting much resource to processing this month yet. The good news is that at the current rate they are working October, they will be done in about 3 weeks.
