NSC had a big week last week with 20 RFE and 1 approval showing up on Rupnet.
Approval was a July 01 RD case.
RFE's were July 3, Aug 1, Sept 7, Oct 8, Nov 1.
A couple of surprises in last week, I thought July and Aug had been completed, obviously I was wrong. Oct is showing up in a big way. Last week was the first time in a while we saw anything for Oct with 1 RFE, this week 8. We also have a Nov RFE. Also we saw a 1 approval. Perhaps the freeze is over, perhaps it was just a Chinook Wind. All of these things are promising signs that NSC is moving forward.
