Last Week at NSC From Rupnet

Another big week for NSC with 20 RFE's and 3 approvals logged on Rupnet.

Approvals 1 July RD, 2 Aug RD
RFE's 3 Aug, 8 Sept, 9 Nov.

At this pace I would guess that they will complete 'basic' case processing for Sept in about 2-3 weeks. My reason for saying this is that thus far they have either RFE'd or Approved 66% of cases. Traditionally if you get to 75% overall, it means the month is pretty much done. Based on this rule of thumb they have about a dozen cases to go.

Hopefully the next week will see more approvals.

Analysis

The analysis is really no big deal, I just take a snapshot of the NSC status from Rupnet and compare it to the previous Monday. What that tells me is what case months they are working based on the data that is being entered on Rupnet. I can't understand why they don't add this feature to their site. I think is gives you a window into what they are working on.

I am a March 01 RD (April ND).
 
Feels great

For last couple of days I'm observing some movement in the approval row on rupnet. This makes me feel really good, though as per NSC's standards I'm still very long back in line (RD Nov'01) but the approval ticking up gives me a hope that soon it will be my turn too.

Keeping my fingures crossed !!!

Case Assigned I Wish

Actually I have no idea if my case has been assigned. If they are only now starting to work Nov, then it is doubtful that my case will be assigned for another couple of months. From what I can gather it seems to take about 2 months after your case gets assigned for you to be positioned for approval (or RFE). Maybe in 2 months or so I will call an IIO and ask.
 
paulclarke - Is your RD for 01 or 02. I know after a while you lose count of years - 01, 02, 03 ...
