Last updated date on the i485

I e-filled for 3rd EAD renewal for myself and my wife on 20th .. USCIS site updated app date 21st and today 22nd Last update date on my I-485 changed to 6/22/04. .. Only for my 485 .. and NOT for my wife.

Case status is same .. thats ........ resumed ..

Questions : What cud this be ?

I-485 RD 08/13/02
I-485 ND 08/15/02
FP1 10/24/02
FP2 ??

Applied for 3rd EAD/AP with my wife. Wife's applications both approved a week ago with no LUD on her I-485, which is 01/12/04. When my EAD got approved the LUD on my I-485 changed to the same date, 06/22/04.
Maybe they checked if I am eligible for EAD! Stupidity at its best.

Samething happened to me. Online status was showing last updated on 6/21, but there is no change in the message. Date change did not happen to my wife's case, even though the actual message is same for both cases.

I got 2nd FP early this month, scheduled for mid July.
 
NOW .. 2nd Change:

Yesterday LUD was 6/22 for me and not my wife. But today its showing both of our I485 LUD is 6/23 ...

NOW What ?

The same thing happened to me. My EAD got approved yesterday and currently my I-485 says LUD is June 22, however like everyone the message remains the same.

It seems myself, Cheeko, pkp have the same RD for I-485. Like Cheeko, I still haven't received a date for FP2. I wonder if my move to Seattle from Boston is delaying FP2?

i have noticed that LUD on my 1-485 has been going crazy several dates, like may 4, then june 14 the june 22 and today june 23. almost everyday LUD changes without any change in the message saying they received my 2fp result. what could be the meaning of these?
 
Now Last Update Date its 6/24 for my wife and 6/23 for me as of 9:45 eastern time. One thing is for sure ... " something is crawling over our files " ;)

My LUD changed to 06/24 today too. Hopefully it will get approved soon... Jai Mata Di :)

we are in the same boat, my LUD was changed three times in a row, first may 4, then june14, then june 22 and then june 23 with the same message that they received my 2fp result. will these mean that they are finally touching my case, hope so.

can u be specific on your FP1 date? you said no FP2 notice yet?
My ND also falls in the same date of yrs!!

FP1 ..... Dec 02' ..... I am just wondering, till I get ANY kind of letter from USCIS .... that this can be

1, RFE ... but this updated both mine and my wife's LUD .. if it was RFE .. why my wife .. We personally checked the documents when sending em to INS. I mean cant be Medical / birth certs.

2, Approval .... me being over optimistic .... this should have changed the Status as well .. yet its possible

3, FP2 notice ... if not approval :) .. it must be FP2 coz it changed LUD for both of us


lets see .. have my fingers crossed and not my legs.

If your Fp1 has expired, then approval is ruled out without FP2 . They seem to have made some changes to their system to avoid FP2 for recent applicants, but for 2002 applicants, there won't be an approval without FP2

My 3rd EAD is still pending but the LUD did not change on it since my ND.

Thanks for your wishes, but hopefully i don't get a RFE and i think its too early to say anything. (do not want to start counting my chickens before they (eggs) are hatched) although we have seen people getting approved 1 week of FP2.
