LAST UPDATED DAtE & NO RFI Email

Please BE really careful and make sure you check all your mail. My family member with a notice date of 04/2001 had her LAST UPDATED DATE changed on 06/23/2005 but she never got email that a RFI was sent. She got a RFI request today in her mail. When we looked up her LIN#, it talked about Fingerprints that she did last year...No mention that RFI was sent.

Please BE very careful. IF YOUR last updated changed, and you do not receive a RFI, CALL USCIS to ask about the status of your case. This way at least you will have a peace of mind.

Also the RFI asks for to submit new medicals ,does anyone know of the LINK wher it talked about medicals dont need to be submitted again?

read under "Refugees are not required to submit a new medical". It says "refugess' but then refers to asylees. As usual, they just call "refugees" all of us .
