Last Updated Date Changed Again for Me (Primary)

Yesterday my LUD changed to 7/1/04
Today it changed again to 7/2/04

I am primary applicant. For spouse it's same old as 5/6/04.

Should I feel better????

I know my 2nd FP was sent back to USCIS, name check i still have to get answer back from FBI for 2nd round (1st was sent back after 1st FP on 12/29/02) .

FBI Name check = 202 324 2399, Fax # = 202 324 3367
Give all info such as A#, dob and spell your name,your Contact #

They get back to you after about 4 weeks ! (now they have a backlog too !)
 
My LUD is 5-6-04 called INS they said Name check complete!
Senators and congress called multiple times Name check pending!
Even saw an email from DHS to senators office stating name check complete.
-Till Monday got a fax from Name check divison that case pending since Jan03 and cannot be helped further.
Any commnets or cases like this

RD 10-01
ND 12-01
FP 1 1-02
fp2 8-03
LUD 5-6
AD ?
AP @ pending since 11-03
EAD 2 pending 4-04. H1 extension also applied for.

Derivative case
Same RD/ND as above
FP1 on 2-02
FP2 on 3-04 per Senators office request when i was told check were done and cases will done separately i.e. my case expidited.
(FP 2 notice was recieved in 1 week for derivative)
LUD 5-6-04.
May 12 recived letter from INS i never got a letter like this, that case is with an adjucator.
