Hello everyone!!! I am new to this forum and so grateful for all the infos I've been getting from you. Well, I just found out what LUD stands for since yesterday (dummy me :rolleyes: ) so I decided to sign up at USCIS website only to find out that my LUD hasn't been touched since July 2002, my RD is May 2002...no FP either. Question: Is there anything I can do to let them (INS) change my LUD, thanks!!!!

This is getting into my nerves aaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How can they be so unfair???? Maybe we can be buddies and see who's the (un)luckier between us (just kidding). Been tracking my case status via USCIS website but still no sign of result. When will our time come?

I have a question
how is the LUD related to a GC approval? couldnt it just mean that they updated something not necessarily looked at it.

Can you pls send me the site for viewing any changes to it so I can also see what my LUD is? I filed at NSC
