Last Update Date got Changed. What does it mean?

Hi,
My last Update got changed to day. But there is no change in the Status. I gave my second FP on 05/15/2004. What does it mean?

In Jan'04 I got RFE and I responded in Feb'04. The message still shows as "we received your response to Rfe .......Blah..blah....'.

Is this 1st change since 2nd FP ? If yes then this update reflects them receiving your 2nd FP.

If this is not 1st LUD change after 2nd FP then maybe they are processing your case and you will be approved in a few days...
