last page of DS260 form...before sign and submit

hi,

1. When it asks for the passport number on the last page in the DS260 form before pressing SIGN AND SUBMIT, which passport number should be entered in case of filling the form for the spouse and children? for spouse(wife) her passport number should be entered and children their passport number their passport numbers? Please just answer with yes or no.
2. I do have professional certificates from different institutions such as A+, NETWORK+, SECURITY+ and computer certificates. Do I need to mention them in the DS260?

Enter the PP number of the derivatives in their ds 260 form.

Read the instruction on Sign & submit page, it says "the person to whom the ds 260 is belongs to, has to sign, even if he not filled, to confirm whether he has understood the questions and provided information to the best of his/her knowledge"
