Last one to be approved?

Dear Gurus,

It's been a long long wait and still no approval at this point. Case Details for myself and my wife

I-485 RD 01/24/2002
FP1 03/23/2002
FP2 11/01/2003
3 EAD (don't have the dates) approved
No RFE
Tracker messages last updated 01/21/2003 regarding the FP1
No messages changes regarding FP2
No notification that case was transferred to local office

We called CIS they said if it's not 30 days after the current processing date they wouldn't discuss it with us.

My questions:
Is my case lost or something???
Any one else in the same boat?
All this silence - - is it an indicator that the case might be denied, or approved or RFE-ed?

I have changed employers about 8 months after RD, as first employer is no longer in business. Is it possible that CIS will see that and deny the app based on the fact that employer is no longer in business?

You are not along, my RD is 01/2002 too. Hopefully, next month I will be able to ask for inquiry from 800 service.

Did your original employer go out of business as well?
And do you expect RFE or what do you think could happen?
 
I am still with the same company sponsoring my GC. I contact local congressman stuff and was told my case still pending with security check. I have contacted FBI name check hotline and was told the result was sent back to INS on 02/2004. I am trying to not thinking this GC a lot lately since it makes me feel so frustrated.

At least you got an RFE several months ago. I received nothing, nor the online message changed.

Did you case got transferred to local office?
