Last name mis-spelled on H4 Receipt ( I-539 )

Hi,

My Company filed for H4 Visa for my wife last month.We got receipt of the I-539 which has her last name mis-spelled.

I had asked my company attorney to communicate this to BCIS for correction.He said he has done that.Now How can I confirm whether has the correction been done by BCIS ?

Note - I called BCIS on the 800 Number & they said that they can't give this info on phone

I would appreciate some advice here
