Last Name changed on Passport. Do I need to get amended H1-B

My wife, who is H1-B holder, got her last name changed on Passport. She has
a new Passport now. Does she needs to get her H1-B document amended too.

I have the same question. What is the procedure to get the name changed on the H1-B petition? My wife needs to leave the country in 2 weeks for a trip back home? What is the best option? To revert back to the old name in the passport or to travel with the marriage certificate? Thanks in advance.
