Last Name Change

Hi,
After 2 years and 3 different filings, we recieved my wife's PR card. Only thing is that they didn't change her last name to mine and they had her fill it out at her biometrics appointment. Does anyone know the steps for her to change her last name? She can't change it at the Social Security office because she needs it correct on her PR card. Same with drivers license.

Anyone have advice, please let us know.

She should have filed it properly, when filing I-485 form...

What name did she put? the one in her passport, visa, etc? if so, then you will have to wait until she becomes a citizen.

Just stick to her name on PR now and make sure it is the same on passport.

She will get a chance to change it when she applies for citizenship.
