Last name and birth certificate

My wife changed her last name at Naturalization certification.

My question here is do we need to change her last name at our son birth certificate or not. if yes what is the procedure

Go to your local county who issued your son's birth certificate, so that they can re issue with your changed wife's name

I don't know if they will even allow changing her name on her son's birth certificate. At the time of her son's birth, she had the name that was on the certificate. If she needs to prove that she is the boy's mother, she needs to show the name change order along with the birth certificate.
