Hi all,
does INS ask about maintenance of status since last entry or previous entries? also does last entry mean to get a new visa also or it doe snot count if you are using the old visa for your last entry?
Lawers are saying that INS cares only about your last entry which includes also a new visa and the prvious violations are not considered previous to the last entry and until applying for I-485 and that all this is per 245(k).
Anybody has such an experience or would like to add?
