My company filed my permanent residency through PERM on EB2 category. and I recently got labor certification passed. Almost 3 weeks ago my I-140 and I-495 were filed concurently. I am planning to get married but I need to know what is the latest date (is it before I-495 file date etc...)I can add her so that she could also get her permanent residency (my dependent) without going into family-based status(which i believe 4 years backlog)??

Try more like 7 years - during which he/she cannot even visit here unless he/she has own dual intend visa (H-1B or L-1). Better get married and add her/him ASAP BEFORE I-485 gets approved!which i believe 4 years backlog

To be safe, withdraw your I-485 immediately. This will give you enough time to get married and then you can file I-485s for yourself and your spouse together soon after marriage.
