Guys,
I am ready to send the application.
1. I have filled out the application with employment start/end dates in mm/yyyy format(because seems like that is ok as per the N400 instructions)
2. Attached photos(with A# and name written) + Greencard copy both sides + checks for $400
3. mentioned my traffic tickets with answers Yes to 16, 17, 18.(Got the dispositions from courts shelling out $10 each).
4. Got the tax transcripts from IRS.
5. Signed form in first middle last name format.
6. submitting application 3 weeks before I complete my 5 yrs.
Could you please Let me know if I am missing anything/potential issues in any points
