last 5 digits of WAC number?

Hi,

What is the meaning of the last 5 digits of WAC number?

"Approved WAC 01-059-54XXX" 7/2/01 9:01pm has wac-01-059-54xxx

My number is wac-01-104-53xxx

I know that the first two digits stand for the year and the next three numbers stand for Julian day starting from Oct 1. Looking at the above two numbers, it does not look that the last 5 dists are sequential.

Any Idea?

The last 5 digits are purely the SEQUENTIAL number
