Language Recuirment as Business Necessity

Hi Everyone,

First of all I would like to apoligize if my questions were already answered here in this forum. I tried to find related threads and I could not.

Basically, my whole case is built on language requirement as business necessity. I have heard that chances are very small. I was just wondering if anyone of you had the similar case or you know of someone who was successful in proving language requirements as business necessity? Also, what type of documentation do they ask for as a proof.

I speak georgian and russian, and my company besides american market, targets georgian (former USSR) and russian markets. and I am the person who would be resposible for sales and marketing activities in that region.
