the landscape gardener job offer is not certifiable for permanent labor certification because of the winter months but does not engage in the H2B program either because this visa is extended up to 3 years only and the job is indefinily for example an allien enter to the USA to perform this kind of job with a H2B visa he is going to work legally only tree years and after that he is going to stayed illigally but working for the same company due to the short of USA workers willing to do this work however these jobs are pretty much similar to teachers and others so considering this what kind of legal status do these professions deserve. any comments thanks.
