I did land as planned on 24th Jan and everything went smoothly as planned. The immigration lady was not very cordial but completed my landing paper work anyway. All the best.

Thank you very much for your post. It is the freshest and detailed landing experience I have ever seen. I am a H1b holder and H1b is still valid and have never been transferred. I am planning to land to Canada next month and come back U.S. afterwards. Do I need to go to the consulate to re apply the H1b visa or I can use somewhat 30 days automatic revalidation.
