Landing Questions ?

I am planning to land into Toronto from NJ next Saturday and planning to come back to US on the following monday back on my H1 B visa with wife who holds an H4 visa.
I had the following questions :
1) Should we give our I-94 at departure from US ?
2) How much money should I carry ?
3) Do I need to carry my bank statements ?

Would really appreciate anyone's help on the above question.

Are you flying/driving from NJ? I am in NJ but in my case I will have to drive to enter Canada as I have passed Dec 30 deadline for old landed immigrants.
