I have got my visa stamped and have to land in few months. i do not have US visa stamp to come back to US. can i get my H1 stamped in canada the next day after landing there . what are the chances of rejection since i will be a permanant resident of canada. i donot have MS from US.

From some forum postings I am answering you. Once you land in Canada, it becomes "sort of" your home country, so technically you could stamp H1B from there. I have some of my friends did this. I'm also planning to land next month and get my H1B stamped. Have you taken appointment in the consulate? You need to do this. Check http://www.nvars.com for an online appointment.
