Landing on May 12th or May 13th to Windsor

I am planning to land May 12th or May 13th by Detroit, rented car. My Visa expires on May 28th 2005.

Anyone is planning. I will just go Windsor and apply SIN and come back same day(probably in 4 to 5 hr). I am giving one of the my relative address in Windsor.

Anyone have plan ?

I had bad landing experience at Detroit Windsor Tunnel; the detailed experience was posted few weeks back under the thread “landing experience”.


After completing my landing process; I reentered Canada with my wife to complete her landing process. This was done at Port Huron/Sarnia border. Everything went smooth and the immigration office was very helpful and courteous.

If you can; try to land through Port Huron / Sarnia border.
