Landing in Windsor thru Detroit, can I comeback...

Hello All

Need some input please, I am planning to land in Windsor on weekend. Since it is weekend I will be staying there for couple of days and apply for SIN on a working day.

Q1) Can I comeback to US thru Niagara Falls?

Q2) Can I apply for SIN in Niagara Falls or Toronto? I mean can I apply anywhere in Canada?

Yes you Can

Yes technically you can. However better to apply in big city like Toronto. If you apply in smaller city like Niagara Falls they may ask you way too many questions or may give you problems since they would be used to fewer new immigrants applying.
