Here is my Time line:
AOR- Oct 1, 2001
Int. waiver - April 12, 2002
Medicals done- May 5, 02
Addl docs(Spouse FBI CLEARANCE) requested by them sent with ROLF fees- May 17, 02
Waiting for PR card or landing papers. My question is I want to land in Canada around Jan next year and then take SIN card and also buy a house. If possible tell the company here that they pay me in Canadian dollars as they have office in Canada. Fill the taxes there. Go to Canada every 2, 3 months.
1) Will I be able to maintain Canadian PR for next 3 years
2) Will I be able to sponsor my parents after a year
3) Will I be able to get Canadian Citizenship in 3 years.
The idea is to earn some money here and then settle in Canada once the market is good there and I have some exp USA.
Has anyone done this?
