Landing Fee Request - What next ? Please Help

Hi All,
I had applied for my Canadian PR in US from New York. My file was transferred to Buffalo...I got my Medicals done, and now i have got a request to submit my Permanent Resident fee. Just wondering what will happen next ?

Could you all please let me know.
