Hi, Can any gentleman and laday give some suggestions for my situation.
I am going to Canada for landing for a few days and wish to come back to US for work.
I have H1b approvement but I did not left US since I came to US 7 years ago with student Visa.
Do I need to apply for Visa at US consulate in Canada, or can I just come back to US with my H1b approvement?
