I have got my Canadian Permanent Res stamped from
Buffalo and am supposed to do my Landing as a Perm
Res before April 8.
I am on Advanced Parole ( employment based I-485 pending )
and working currently in the USA.
I was planning to land in Niagara, Canada as a Canadian
Perm Res and return the next day back into the USA
on my Advanced Parole.
My question is...would this present a potential problem ?
When I tell the US Immigration Officer on my way back that I
had been to land as a Canadian Perm Res would he look at my
AP and my intention for US Perm Residency and conclude
that as a conflict ? I know one cannot maintain 2 Perm
Residencies at the same time but I do not have the
US Perm Residency yet, in this case.
Is it safe for me to get this done
or does this present any potential problem ?
