Hi, my friend is on H1b has been charged with domestic violence felonies. His case is still pending. Then he lost his job recently and 60 days to find other job or leave country.
1. If he couldn’t find a job or change visa status in 60 days, will he be allowed to leave country even his criminal DV case is pending? or he has to stay in the country past 60 days until case is settled ?
