My husband was just laid off. We recently filed for his GC application based on his marriage to me- a US citizen- but his work was sponsoring his TN visa until now. We only received the receipts for all the forms last week... it will be some time before we get the GC- what do we do????? Are there forms we need to send to notify about his unemployment? I actually was just hired, as I was unemployed at time of application, must I also contact USCIS with my updated information???? Any advice?
