Hi I am new to this forum,
I have been working on H1B in a dairy Farm, it is not a common field so I dont see any H1B people around and I am laid off from this week and I dont know what to do? Also I have been doing extra work and not being paid for it, my employer has been forcing me to do minimum 40 hrs a week and pays only for 25 hrs saying if I dont work extra I will not have my job.
Now since he has time he is laying me off, some body please guide me what to do.
