Can somebody help me to find out the correct answer for my question: Thanks inadvance.
First of all I would like to thank you for your great service for people like me. I have a question. I got laid-off Yesterday and the company( say A) is going to apply for my H1B cancellation to INS after one month( Say 15th Nov,2002). Now, If I get a job ( Through H1 Transfer ) with other employer ( Say B ) after filing for my H1 Cancellation by my first employer ( A) [ i.e after 15th of Novemeber ], is it still valid and legal to apply for my H1 transfer with Company B? Please advise me?
Will there be any kind of impact from INS standpoint of view for having an applicaiton for H1 B CANCELLATION through employer A and H1 TRANSFER through the other employer ( B ) simultaneously for a H1B holder? Please advise me.
