I am in dire need of advice on what to do regarding my situation. My company filed for my green card and currently my I-140 has recently been approved. My 2nd H-1B expires in November but from the look of things at my company there is a likelihood that I might get laid off upon expiration of the 2nd H-1B. We have currently filed for an H-1B extension which is still pending.
If these things come to pass what are my options as far as staying in the country legally? Any advice is welcome at this point.
