Laid Off- How may days I have to find another job?

I believe that you should file another H-1 application in
10 days. However you may persuade your employer to let you
take unpaid leave for some period of time so that you will
have enough time to find another job and find another H-1
application.

You may want to talk to a good laywer regarding this.
