Laid off..H1B is filed. Currently on EAD--Urgent

Hi

I had been employed by a company on March 02, 2009. They have filed for my H1B visa on April 1, 2009. I got laid off on April 17, 2009. So following are my questions:

1. Is my H1B transferable(as its just been filed and not been approved yet).
2. Currently i am on my EAD which started on Feb 09, 2009. So now for how much time i can stay in this country. Is it 90 days from my EAD date or 1 month from my laid off day?
